Nowadays, MP3 files are used by more and more people and have become extremely popular. That's because these files have some advantages over regular audio CDs. They have almost the same audio quality, but they take up less space and they are easier to play. Still, having a lot of audio files stored on your computer can be a real problem, as it's difficult to organize all the songs in an efficient way. Windows Media Player includes a library feature for organizing songs, but unfortunately, this feature doesn't work that good. A much better way of organizing all your MP3 songs would be to install the AlbumPlayer application.

This simple Windows program can organize all your songs in albums, making it easy to find and play a certain song. Installing the program is no big deal, as the process is point and click. After running the application, the user will notice that the interface includes some sample albums. Clicking on any of the albums will open a new window, in which the user can view all the tracks contained by it. Using a single click, one will be able to play the songs contained by the album.

For making it easier to find a certain album, each one contains a cover image, similar to the one displayed on a CD cover. The user can easily add albums and songs to the program's database. This can be done either by adding songs stored on the hard disk or by ripping audio CDs. One can also add a cover image to the album.

The interface allows you to organize all your music albums according to various criteria, like the artist's name, album title or alphabetically. Included in the program is a complex equalizer which allows you to tune the sound and make songs sound better. What's more, AlbumPlayer is compatible with Winamp DSP plugins and supports various skins.
